What a tense topic previously XD HEHEHEHE!! blame it on my insomnia...

oh It has been 2 weeks in KK and im heading back to KL on the 27th this month- not again =/

One thing im afraid to face is----- my house...well Lez is moving out before I go back and obviously i won't be able to go into her room and chill there anymore T.T still so hard for me to accept that she will be out of my uni's life.

The next thing is, my room----Amer left letters in my room and he wants me to find it one by one hidden in my room.The finding is easy, the difficult part is now I'm starting to accept the fact that he'll never come back but i will not know if i can accept it once i read his letters?? Kind of afraid to go back actually. Su Jin asked me to move out and stay with her in Subang with her mom, thinking about I can have home cook Korean dinner everyday is great but will i be able to be okay there? My freedom? my peeps back in the hostel and abang long's burger >.<>

Why do i always feel like running away from the reality? why can't i just accept it and move foward? omg denying, escaping, and running away from the fact is my greatest weakness...how can i overcome it? how how how??? Beryl Beryl...can't you just be almighty all the time? hahahahha wish i can bring back my 'never get defeated' attitude lol!! Maybe i was trying too hard and i never get it? brrrr.........

Okok, now the happy stuff XDD I've bought a waterproof camera!!! not from any blogshops because they are selling around rm60-80 which is quite expensive...but guess how much i've bought it?? you've got believe this....it's only RM16.90!!! and it's the same model as the blogshops were selling!! omg how lucky am i? nono i should say...how lucky to have 100Yen shop in KK located at Suria Sabah XDD Guys...if you've been wanting to get a waterproof camera go get it now before it's gone!!!

Photographer or Not?

Well I've been thinking a lot through out the whole 'insomnia' session.

I would like to bring up a issue that Me and my darling had been discussing while we were YOYO-ing last night XD

As we all can see that KK is filled with 'so called' photographers and i was wondering where did they pop out from all of a sudden? This question has been in my mind for quite sometime btw. Now here is the main thing, are 'they' really capable of taking pictures? being a Photographer? or they just enjoy the fame and cheer that they got from their circle of friends for having a DSLR camera =)

Here's my PERSONAL view that i would LOVE to share with you...

Three years ago, I don't even know that we have to buy a DSLR camera for us to attend the Photography class in LIMKOKWING. Then i bought a Canon400D, i've learned the basics and i've gone through plenty of experience taking pictures in the studio as well as outdoor. Not to mention that I've scored A's in photography class too. Well, I gained my interest towards photography while learning through it and i am still learning because it's a never ending learning in photography. What I witness in my beloved city is, I did not see that the people who own a DSLR camera really have the passion of taking pictures but i can ensure you that most of them are just following the trend and of course to gather fame or perhaps thinking it's another way to earn money?

Question yourself...

do you like taking pictures?

or do you like to be in the pictures?-which indirectly tells that you like to take pictures.

Or i shall make it this way...

Do you have what it takes to be a PHOTOGRAPHER ?

Do you have what it takes to own a professional camera and be PROFESSIONAL?

If yes, you are in the right path!

If no, get a life and stop wasting your time on something that you do not have passion to do it and believe me you won't earn any cash out of it. What is better is to go ahead and waste your Parent's money =)

If photography is your hobby, your're welcome just make sure that IT is your interest.

always remember that any camera can take good pictures as long as the holder has the passion for Photography.

Am really sorry about the late update and i couldn't show you guys my 'the SKIN shop' work because i totally forgot to take a picture of it before submitting.

Besides, the Typography Carnival was great...we got a lot of profit well at least we got our own money back from the sales. Forgot to mention that our booth sells custom made accessories that is made from 'hama beads' have anyone heard of it before? just google it then you'll find out.

Basically, that is the end of my semester which im glad everything is over now...the tensions, the rush, and everything...haha. This is quite a farewell to all my lecturers because next semester onwards, different batch of lecturers will be teaching us because we're in Curtin already. I will miss Ms. Ridwana because i like her a lot >.<

Okay, actually this whole semester is a sad one because it's the last semester of Lez and Amer. I didn't expect it to end so fast...really~ Lez is going back to Brunei two weeks later, and Amer is going back to Jordan around 10 days later and guess what i'm not seeing them again next semester. Well i mean it is possible to meet Lez but slightly impossible to meet Amer since he will be going to UK for further studies. Why issit has to be the two of my closest person leaving at the same time? roarr~~ I know i know, this is life...people come people go we just have to live with it.

I am going to make the most memorable last two weeks with them..

Okay, finally got a time to upload the video!

I'm going to summarize everything that happened while making this video.

Firstly, my groupmate made a video that i thought it is very hard and beyond her standard but during the presentation, lecturer actually asked her that did she make the video using power point..believe me i was god damn mad but at least he said the illustration was good. I told the lecturer about my situation and i was very thankful that he gave me another chance to improve the video. So i decided not to depend on her, soooo i learn harder on after effect and yes it was tough so this is the best i can do and it is totally different than the one she did.

Heeyyyy my lovely peepoosss~ I'm back!

First of all, would like to say last week's presentation was GREAT! It took about an hour and the class responded well. Wondering what my group presented??

We chose 'Go Green' under the main topic of 'Design For Need And Sustainable Design' google it out if ya don't know what it is about. Here's my part for the group. One of my favorite, it was made into a pocket calender with the other two group mate's design and being distributed to the rest of the classmates and lecturer. I know maybe some of ya might think that we are wasting the paper too but don't forget that it's Recyclable as well!!

Moving on, Graphic Design assignment is OUT!! *Alert* I swear this is a hard one...we were asked to do a A3 poster, 3 promotional item, and a illustrated story book regarding on UNICEF. Okay...to be honest i know nothing about UNICEF other than it's a organization for Children's right. Ms.Ridwana told us that she is expecting a professional work. >.<>

I'm going to be very busy for the rest of the week, don't know whether i can make it for my small Singapore visit since this project is due right after the one week break. MAMIII~~ I've already bought the ticket for God's sake...gahhhh guess I'm motivated to finish this up quick and get my ass to the plane with no worries XD

Finally the last part, my darling Lieslie is backkkkkk yess BACKK!! which means crazy nights are about to start XD Stay tune for mind-blasting pictures in the future...wahahahhahaahah!!

Ohya..about my precious Guan Ah, apparently Ish didn't took good care of it and he actually left it in his hostel and let his house mates take care of it. Here comes the worst part, my cute little sleeky guan ah's tail is broken and it looks like it was being burned by the house mates !@#@$%$%$^#$@!* Holy Crap...I WAS very angry back then but after thinking back I couldn't blame anyone but myself because i trusted the wrong person ==''! Just found out two mind-blasting issue that a fan girl would do for their idol.

Had a blast in 'White Room'...Thanks again to everyone that celebrated with me especially my babes Esther, Bev and Priscilla...ohya..Thanks to Bev and May for the invitation ticket if not i won't be able to make 'some1' having 'red eye' on me XD and it's definitely a life time memory for me especially for the 8 round of vomit session XD THANK YOU ALL...Beryl gonna take a break from CLUBS.

Blow candle in my uncle's house just now! This has been a routine since i was young!! haha..why?! i don't know...LOL!! Bought a classic chocolate cake from umm..i 4got the bakery name but it's a Korean Bakery in Damai. HMM NOT BAD SIA...i love dark chocolate to heaps!!! Hehe...received gifts from my cousins and uncle~~~ aww aww...love it all~~ Oh well...Am loving this moment...it's the best bday i ever had!! roar~~

Will be coming home this sunday, it's early this time...because i feel like working in this holiday this time. hehe..

Went to Chantelle's farewell dinner at Sushi King, Alamanda...we had a great time...she will be leaving to Perth and continue her studies there and i am going to miss her lots. I knew her since first semester, a first Australian that want to study in Msia i reckon -.- but anyway..she is a great person. Just like my mom, she gave me advice when im feeling lost, she helped me with my assignments, and she cooked poridge for me when i'm sick. AWWW...seriously gonna miss her! =/ Hope that one day will come when i'll be in Darwin visiting her.

Alright, today is the last day for me to do everything. Clean my Guan Ah's home, my room, pack my luggage, a little shopping, and go to MOS with Trisha and Chantelle.
Honestly speaking, I am still here in KL but am already missing everyone here...knowing that next semester is going to be Lez and Ish last semester, knowing that next semester is going to be tough for me, knowing that life is getting harder on me...if only i could escape from all this -.-

Except rushing for finals, a lot of things has bothered my mind these days. Wonder what God is trying to tell me, i'm feeling numb in and out...Roar!! I just want to go back home and party!! haha...

For certain reason we can't continue what we were doing, therefore yesterday we decided to stop seeing each other. Such a short period of time we knew each other and eventually we fell in love, I will miss this boy because he is the first and and will be the last malay that i loved.

Haha...ENOUGH of the emotions~~ gotta continue my work and the final submission is this thursday..wish me luck =D

been hanging out with'em for 2 weeks...short but it's memorable because they are such a great bunch of friends. Wan...my new bruda is leaving for holiday tomorrow so only will be seeing him next year when the new sem starts...=/ kinda sad! ahh...will miss him lots~~~~

Design Research presentation is over...haha it wasn't bad after all. I chose to make an event under 'Conventions of Social Representations' so this is the event that i have come up with...basically it is an music event with the combination of Rainforest Music Festival and Malaysia Local famous artists. To make things even more interesting, i came up with the 'Island Hopping' idea because this practice has already been done by many locals and tourists in Sabah which is travel from an island to another island. The Rainforest Music Festival team will be performing in one island where the rest will be performing at the other island so the audience will have the opportunity to travel to both island and experience different kind of music.

My main purpose to create such event is to encourage the locals to appreaciate Malaysia's music culture and production. Am not sure whether this will be an mission impossible to hold a party on the island, but it is an interesting topic to talk about so why not i give it a try? haha...thanks to Ms.Maria T. and Maria P. for guiding me all the way to make a good design proposal.

Now im left with Typography and Graphic Design finals which will be due two weeks later. It's 6am now...gotta sleep ^^

Introducing my first exotic pet...i name it GUAN AH~ lol
It is a gift by all my darlings...and it's really sweet that they were planning all along.

Lez,San,Ish and Rina woke up early at 8 and leave to mid valley to buy this little fella. Then Ish drop them all back to hostel, they opened my door using plastic bottle (i know my room isn't safe -.-) Successfully opened it...my room was soo damn messy because in the morning i was late to class..so my clothes are all over the floor. They settled the iguana's cage...and cover it with a cloth...then put cards on top of it and the best part is...they even set a hidden camera directly to the door so they could record me.

Lez was sms-ing with me all the time when im in uni because she doesn't have class. Then i called Ish to pick me up because im carrying a heavy bag and can't wait long for bus. So..Ish came...he asked me 'where is lez they all ah?' i said 'i dont know? i thought u were with them?' Ish said 'nola...i was from sunway car workshop' so...he tricked me so well...even before i enter my room he said he wanted to take few empty disc from me...so i asked him to wait outside. Then...when i opened my room door...i knew there's something wrong because the cage is huge!! then i look at my side...all my darlings came out with a laugh...while i was shocked. Lez asked me to go in and take a look of the gift...so i went...then i open the cloth...IT'S AN GREEN IGUANA!!! with a big shout of happiness....HAHAHA...then all laugh again...and i still don't know that i was being recorded all the while -.-...so ya i read their lovely cards...and even bought me 'Surrogates' movie ticket for that night! hehehe...

How sweet they are...I love'em all hahahahahahah!! Ish explained everything that the shop keeper told him about the iguana...so i was asked to tame it...hehe!! So that's what i'm doing now...it's only the 3rd day..and my GUAN AH~ is already tamed!! didn't even run away while i want to catch it! hehehehe...

I know guys....you might think that it's weird for a girl to have an IGUANA! but trust me..i've been wanting iguana or snake as my pet since i was very young. hmmpphh watch too much animal planet i think HEHE. Finally my dream came true...they made my day.

Let me update ya all a bit...

Firstly, Went to Gay club last sat called Oblique with San, Andy, and Lez. Awkward? NO!! It is EFFING nice to go to gay club, the people..the music..the stage oh gawd!! It is totally different than the other usual clubs...and it's definitely worth to try. HEHE

secondly, been working hard as a group for marketing and graphic design. I love my group members...the Botswana group mates i have ain't bad at all...they are more than i expected!!! lovin'em!

Third, Lez, San, Rina, and Ish...they gave me huge surprise today for my early 21st birthday present. I've totally got punked by their act...it was my first time! hahahaha...was very shocked and happy in the same time till my tears burst out abit..HEHE! Ain't life fabulous with all my darlings...

Here comes the blast...I have a new roommate. Who is it? u guess...will post some pictures later~ =p

SO HAPPYYY!! the long waited ONE week holiday has arrived!!

Anyway...it's not a relaxing holiday i can say because 3 assignments is waiting for me but of course I haven't even start doing it yet =x That's because family comes first, my dad asked me to help him do his company logo which unexpectedly made me learn about logo design o.o and one thing I just realized that he is a perfectionist!!!!! I somehow hate that but kinda love it because he will make me learn to be patient and make things perfect. I must admit that im a inpatient person...hehe very bad i know...

I'm will make my scedule packed from tomorrow until friday for my darlings and photoshooting with Skyler. Because weekends is for family yo! BUT special case for sat night =x

Presentation is good, learned a lot from the classmates and comments. Apparently, Mr.Jimmy demand for more, he want us to refine our work...and submit to him together with design journal after the holiday. I'm happy that he's giving us chance to get even better marks...but -.- for my case...I don't need to refine it but i need to change the brand! Let me explain what happened. The project brief is saying that students MUST choose any local brands from TESCO and he didn't indicate that the brand must be TESCO as well. So i went to TESCO and choose some local brand liquid product. Later on when i proposed my idea and manufacturer, he approved everything and asked me to EXECUTE. Today...during my presentation, he asked me why i choose this manufacturer? I looked at him and say weeks ago you supposed to ask me this question but not now. Hoho...so he divert my question by saying...'oh it's okay you know...now all u need is to change the manufacturer..you will do well..EVERYONE give a round of applause to Ms.BERYL!!!' in my mind was saying...omg wtf?! you embarrassed me infront of the whole class as if I didn't read the brief carefully. The point is, you were saying any local manufacturer...but in the end you changed ur mind. hmm...I don't mind changing but the problem is I've wasted sooo much effort, money on materials and printing. and now i have to take it all of just because of the brand. So ya...now i understand Mr.Jimmy personality, he's worst than Ms.Ridwana, at least she doesn't have two personality.

Okay okay...hahahahah Don't worry I'll do fine..it's just minor problem. Mighty Beryl can solve it! Lol!! I watched 2 movies today, 'Perfect Getaway' and 'Tsunami'. Uhm...for the first one, It is unexpectedly a super nice movie for me...the plot and stuffs and mannn scripters are good in twisting the story nowadays. I won't explain how's the movie like and stuffs because it is better to watch by yourself. For 'Tsunami'...uhmmm the front part was interesting coz it's showing how koreans like in real life...it's a everyday joke for me listening them talking. I like the love stories and the touching scene. But when the tsunami strikes....It's kinda too short and show no excitement at all to me. Hmmm...so guys if you like to watch korean movies, pretty girls, hunks and stuff like that...you may give this movie a try. Maybe you will like it.

Oh well, It's 6.37am...I feel so bored without lez here...I'm alone in this whole 4-room unit...this shows how lonely i am =/ But I think God planned this all for me because he knows that Mr.Jimmy will give me trouble...i need to reprint and stuffs here before going back to KK on sunday. Hehe...

First of all, I would like to say...'GAMER' IS AWESOME MAN...IT IS SINFUL IF YOU DON'T WATCH IT! muahahhahahaha lol!! secondly, 'Where Got Ghost' a Singapore movie is not bad ...especially in this special month if ya know what i mean...lol! and lastly, a HK movie called 'Murderer' is good too!! If you like 'the Orphan' you may like this too but it is more violent! hahahhahaha...and FINALLY i've watched 'District 9'...I know I know..I'm kinda slow..but just because no friends to watch me coz they HEARD that it sucks. Okay I've got to say the movie is just soso...firstly, It is funny that the human call the aliens 'the prawns' maybe coz they look like prawns? LOL...and the mind-blasting part is how can aliens stay with human for the fucking 20years? sorry that i should not mention if you have not watch the movie yet..but it's really stupid...just imagine the aliens technology?! how can they not kill the human instead the human kills them?! I don't get it...someone please correct me if I'm wrong at that point! hahahaha

I want to thank my darling lez for paying the cabs and movie tickets because I've helped her with her moodboard assignment! heheheheh <3

and now I will need a little help from all of you!! As you can see the milk packaging label that I've designed above, I would like you all to comment it...yes please please please comment anything you feel towards the design because it's really important now as I'm going to deal with unknown lecturers and maybe some client next friday on presentation! *shivers* so..if you guys love me, please tell me so I will have time to correct it! James picked me up from my hostel and head to Boulevard Hotel, Mid Valley to meet ah ma up! Had all the good meals, fully satisfied! Jame is leaving to UK this thursday for further studies...he got a full scholarship including expenses from Nottingham University! *envy* and another thing is he's going with his gf!! both genius and sweet!! how lovely~

Unfortunately I didn't bring my camera along with me today, I missed out all the fun frames and it's going to be another 1 or 2 year till our next meeting again! Oh well, I wish him all the best for studies and relationship.
